This role will oversee corporate matters for inDrive Delivery Hub, focusing on preparing and negotiating key agreements. Legal Business Partner ensures alignment of legal support with business objectives, compliance, and effective collaboration with external advisors on transactions and due diligence.
Responsibilities
- Lead on all general corporate matters related to inDrive Delivery Hub activities concentrating on three key markets - Brazil, Peru and Kazakhstan.
- Lead the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of diverse strategic documents commercial and corporate, focusing on software licensing, services agreements, agency agreements, operational agreements, etc..
- Collaborate closely with the New Ventures team to ensure seamless integration of legal strategies with business objectives, prioritizing compliance and strategic risk management.
- Provide legal counsel on deal structures, compliance, and regulatory issues, with a focus on emerging markets.
- Manage relationships with external legal advisors to support transaction needs and guide due diligence efforts.
Qualifications
- Qualifications: LLB or equivalent legal qualification
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions law, with a preference for experience in the tech or mobility sectors.
- Background: Large law firm experience is an advantage.
- Language: Business-fluent English and Russian, Spanish/Portuguese any level
