We are looking for a Trust and Safety Analyst (remote), who will support the Manager of Trust and Safety in monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting regulations, legislation, and compliance requirements. Responsibilities

  • Monitor, research, and analyze relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards that impact the business. This can include EU Digital services act, Online Safety Acts and other existing or emerging regulations;
  • Maintain detailed reports and breakdowns of legislation, identifying potential risks and opportunities for the business.
  • Provide findings and recommendations to leaders and stakeholders;
  • Help to develop compliance processes, policies, and procedures;
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to ensure compliance considerations are addressed in new initiatives;
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends in trust and safety within the digital content industry;
  • Audit internal content rules to ensure compliance standards are clear and concise for moderators.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Public Policy, or a related field.

Summary

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Lawyer specializing in general corporate matters and M&A to manage all crucial aspects of inDrive’s Growth Businesses division. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts while advising internal teams on corporate, employment, and data protection matters across multiple jurisdictions. Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including service agreements, marketing agreements, partnerships, NDA, and asset purchase agreements.
  • Advise on corporate matters in a multi-jurisdictional environment, including commercial law, employment law, and data protection/privacy compliance.
  • Research and monitor regulatory developments across multiple jurisdictions, advising or training stakeholders on the required business changes.
  • Support corporate, M&A, and restructuring projects, including due diligence, corporate authorisations, transaction execution, and post-completion activities.
  • Support brand protection efforts through online monitoring and coordination of DMCA takedowns.
  • Liaise with external counsel on legal matters and provide proactive support to internal teams and business stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Law (EU/UK).
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in iGaming, affiliate marketing, and/or crypto, with a strong background in contract negotiation and regulatory compliance.

The role

We are looking for a Legal Counsel who combines hands-on operational judgment with strong grounding in corporate and media-tech law. You will work directly with the founder and leadership team on high-impact areas that shape how we operate and grow. You will provide legal support for our day-to-day business operations, as well as guiding copyright, trademarks, marketing compliance, partnerships and international regulations.

Your main goal will be to support the build-out of n8n’s legal function as a foundational hire — enabling our sales team to close complex deals at scale while shaping a modern, AI-first legal strategy.

Drive commercial contracting

  • Legal Research: Conduct legal research on complex corporate and commercial law matters to support strategic decisions and project initiatives.
  • Project Management: Assist in managing various legal projects and initiatives from conception to completion.

Requirements:

  • Hold a legal degree with a license to practice in at least one jurisdiction.
  • Bring 3+ years of legal experience, with a focus on commercial or corporate law and governance.
  • Have good experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
  • Experience in legal support services is an advantage.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong interest in and understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and other emerging technologies is a significant advantage.
  • Prior experience in technology, fintech, or blockchain industries is preferred.
  • Preference given to candidates with experience within the crypto-industry.

TradingView’s Legal team sits at the heart of our global operations. This proactive and collaborative crew supports teams across the business — from Product to People — and ensures our company continues to grow with integrity, innovation, and care.

From supporting HR processes, advising on commercial transactions, and helping protect our intellectual property, the Legal team keeps the engine running. Now, we’re looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to join us on that mission.

You’ll bring curiosity, attention to detail, and a strong foundation in legal principles. In return, you’ll gain exposure to a diverse range of workstreams, contribute to key decisions, and help shape the systems that support TradingView’s growth.

How you’ll drive success

  • Assist with reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts, including vendor and partnership agreements.
  • Provide expert legal guidance on intellectual property and regulatory matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and safeguarding the company’s innovations and operations across global markets.
  • Support the People team on HR-related legal matters, including employment contracts, global hiring compliance, and policy reviews.
  • Collaborate with the broader Legal team to help protect and manage TradingView’s intellectual property rights — both registered and unregistered.
  • Provide guidance on day-to-day legal queries from various departments (HR, Product, Compliance, Engineering).
  • Help operationalize internal legal workflows, including contract tracking and template management.
  • Assist in identifying and evaluating legal risks across commercial and operational matters.
  • Contribute to filings, registrations, and other documentation related to TradingView’s global expansion.
  • Jump into new projects and challenges as they arise — we’re fast-moving and there’s always something interesting ahead.

What makes you the perfect fit

  • 1-3 years PQE, either in private practice or in-house (ideally in a tech or fintech environment).
  • Exposure to (or strong interest in) commercial, HR/employment, and IP law.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to explain legal concepts clearly.
  • Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from experienced teammates.
  • The ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying organised and proactive.
  • Genuine interest in helping build systems, not just solve one-off issues

  • You have experience or knowledge of finance and trading.
