Weโ€™re looking for a Senior Motion Designer in our team. In this role, youโ€™ll be creating assets for ad campaigns, social media, YouTube, and web pages. Youโ€™ll be designing product-focused videos that combine motion graphics and UI animation, with a significant portion of your work involving animating Readymagโ€™s interface and transforming product features into clear visual stories. What you will do:

  • create motion assets for ad campaigns, social media (Instagram, TikTok), YouTube, and web pages;
  • prepare animated assets to be embedded on our website, making product pages feel more dynamic and alive;
  • develop and execute motion concepts: storyboards, animatics, and visual style;
  • animate both our graphics and our interface. We work primarily in Figma, so all initial assets will be there;
  • adapt motion graphics for different formats and platforms;
  • create and develop a motion approach/guidelines within Readymag's brand identity;
  • collaborate with designers, marketers, and editors, and work closely with our videographer when motion needs to be integrated with real footage (though you will not be responsible for video shooting or full video editing).

What youโ€™ll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in motion graphics in creative agencies or product teams;
  • strong experience with UI animation and interface storytelling;
