The Corporate Development Analyst will be a key member of Kiteworks’ Corporate Development team, contributing to strategic inorganic growth initiatives through pipeline management, target company valuation, due diligence, review of deal documents, and post-closing integration.

What You Will Do:

• Support the development of the M&A pipeline by researching potential target companies, maintaining internal records, and meeting with shareholders

What You Bring With You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related technical field
• 1+ years of experience in transaction advisory, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or venture capital
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including complex financial analysis and modeling

How you are going to impact

• Transactions fee reconciliation on daily basis to spot any inconsistency.
• To monitor client’s funds liquidity using internal tools.
• Balance monitoring; Keep track of our accounts at payment providers.
• Payment partners daily correspondence; Handle emails in timely manner. Ensuring that the emails received are answered immediately and no pending emails are left unattended.
• Monthly invoicing; Collect statements from payment partners.

As a demand generation marketing manager, you'll drive Tekmetric's brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition efforts through the orchestration and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels. Reporting into the Director of Demand Generation, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns, track key performance indicators, and iterate on strategies to achieve marketing objectives.

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans in collaboration with demand generation, sales, and other stakeholders, aligning with company growth objectives and new customer acquisition goals.
• Plan and implement multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns across all stages of the buyer’s journey, leveraging channels such as webinars, events, email, social media, SEM, display advertising, re-targeting, and content syndication.

The GraphDB developers are the core of our R&D efforts and are responsible for delivering an extremely efficient and optimized database engine.

When developing major new features and optimizations, you will be involved in research, experimentation and benchmarking to guarantee that GraphDB offers good performance and defends its leading position in a marketplace with tens of graph engines.

You should have a strong engineering culture focused on delivering high-quality, stress-tested database software under various corner cases and scenarios. As part of your work, you will be given ownership over features and will work with the Product Manager and the Tech Lead to refine the requirements.

You will be:

• Designing, implementing and testing new features in the GraphDB backend;
• Reviewing the code of your peers and output high-quality code;
• Improving the database performance by optimizing its concurrency and researching novel algorithms;
• Debugging the database code and chasing complex to reproduce issues under concurrent transactional load;

Your Profile:

• 5+ years of experience in Java/C/C++/Go/Rust or another programming language;
