• A copy of passport that will be valid for more than 6 more months
• A 3×4 cm photo
• CV
• Proof of at least five years of work experience in a related field
• Master's degree or higher OR ownership of intellectual property, OR Series A investment of at least $1 million has been obtained.
• Insurance covering $50k OR $100k in bank account last year
• Work contract OR service contract
• Proof of current year income (bank statement)
• Tax return for the last two years showing income of at least $40k.
• Company financial statement for the last 3 years
• Certificate of no criminal record

Step-by-step guide to get Thailand Digital Nomad Visa

1. Gather your documents. The official list of documents can be found here

2. Translate the documents and have them certified.

3. Register online and submit your application. The applicant form template can be found here.

4. Receive a response with an approved application within 20 business days. Once you receive a response with an approved application, you have 60 days to complete an interview.

5. Make an appointment for your visa interview: at the Thai embassy in your country of residence OR at One Stop Service through your personal account if you are already in Thailand

6. Attend the interview at One Stop Service or embassy with the following documents ready:

• Passport and its copy of the main applicant
• Passports and copies of family members
• Copies of documents proving the relationship of the family members
• A 4×6 centimeter photograph (white background, business bows)
• Letter of approval of the application
• Signed forms TM.94 and STM.8
• $1300 to pay the fee
  

7. Obtain a digital nomad visa in Thailand for 10 years.

8. If necessary, you can apply for a work permit to work for Thai companies. The annual fee is $80.
