• A valid passport. The passport must be valid and have at least two blank pages. Copies of all passport pages including blank pages must be provided.
• Application Form N1. This application is submitted if you wish to apply for a nomadic residence permit.
• Application Form N2. This form is applicable if you wish to bring a family member to Malta.
• Application Form N4. This form applies if you wish to obtain a declaration under the General Data Protection Regulation EU/2016/679 (GDPR).
• Cover letter. The letter should include important details about your trip to Malta: the reason why you chose Malta as a freelancer, how long you plan to stay, where you plan to stay, etc.
• Work contract. Evidence that you will have a stable income as a freelancer, work contracts describing your position etc.

• Relationship Status. Document that you are married (marriage certificate), in a relationship (lease agreement, joint bank account), etc.
