Coding Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Coding Team Lead/Tech Lead to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers, ensuring the successful delivery of product features, and maintaining high-quality coding standards. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members.

Project Management:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of product features.
• Collaborate with Sales, Structurers and CTO to define requirements and timelines.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct daily calls, sprint calls, backlog grooming sessions along with internal tech and business workshops

Technical Expertise:

• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Resolve complex technical issues and provide technical direction to the team.
• Promote continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree inComputer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development.
• Proven experience in a leadership or technical lead role.
• Strong background using .NET Framework in back-end development.

Skills:

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in software development methodologies and best practices (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Azure cloud platform.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices andCI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks.
• Experience with micro services architecture.
• Russian knowledge is a big plus.
