Group Product Manager (Mobile App)
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
For millions of creators, their phone is where the work happens: conversations, campaigns, audience growth, all in real time. As Group Product Manager for Mobile, you'll make sure that experience is exceptional — ensuring quality and consistency across every touchpoint, deepening the use cases creators already rely on, and unlocking entirely new ones that are only possible on mobile. You'll set the vision for what a best-in-class mobile product looks like, own the roadmap to get there, and lead a team to make it real. This is a unique opportunity to shape a creator-focused surface with massive reach and direct impact on how they grow their audiences. If you’re driven by the idea of building essential tools that help creators succeed (and make them think, “I couldn’t do this any other way”) — and you want to own a strategic product area end-to-end — this role is for you.
WHY THE ROLE IS SPECIAL
You own the surface creators trust most — their mobile app — and sit at the center of every major product unit (Inbox, Automations, AI, Growth), ensuring everything Manychat builds ultimately serves creators seamlessly on mobile.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Product Ownership: Own core app experience: Define and own the mobile app's core experience and user journey, in collaboration with the Inbox, Automations, and AI units. Ensure consistency, speed, and usability across all solutions.
- Drive app as a first-class surface: Shape mobile as a unique, optimized product for creators, not just a companion to web. Identify mobile-specific advantages and build them to their full potential.
- Own mobile-native use cases: Identify and develop experiences that are uniquely powerful on mobile — push notifications, real-time presence, and native OS patterns that web simply can't replicate.
- Lead cross-team collaboration: Partner with Inbox, AI, and Growth leads to define integrated product solutions. You own the mobile surface and consistency; they own domain expertise.
- Execution & Metrics: Define Mobile success: Establish KPIs that reflect mobile value (mobile DAU/MAU, time-to-first-value, mobile-originated conversions, session length, and core action completion). Build and maintain a KPI tree. Hands-on product development: Run user research, experiments, and analytics. Ship MVPs, learn quickly, iterate. Understand mobile user behavior intimately. Transition to strategy and coaching as team scales.
- Cross-functional execution: Work closely with Mobile Engineering, Design, Data, and Growth teams. You own product direction; partners own execution craft.
- Team & Leadership: Build and develop team: Start hands-on (solo or with one PM); scale as scope expands. Develop team members through mentoring, feedback, and progressive ownership. Establish collaboration rhythm: Weekly metrics reviews, monthly alignment with Inbox/AI/Growth leads, quarterly planning. Create shared clarity on ownership and accountability.
TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE
- Experience: 7+ years in Product Management in high-growth tech, ideally with complex app-first products (consumer, creator, or prosumer platforms) 3+ years leading product areas or managing PMs. Proven mobile app ownership (iOS/Android) with shipped products that moved core metrics. Track record defining product strategy, not just executing roadmaps. Experience managing cross-functional partnerships and shared roadmaps.
- Capabilities: Outcome-driven mindset; Deep mobile knowledge: OS constraints, payment systems, push mechanics, app store dynamics; Hypothesis-driven experimentation; strong analytics literacy; Platform-first thinking: Design systems, APIs, data models, extensibility; AI-native way of working: using tools like Claude, Cursor, and agents to move faster — across research, spec writing, data analysis, and prototyping.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Articulate a compelling vision; inspire teams and build conviction; strong cross-functional influence; partnership mindset; evidence of hiring, developing, and advancing team members; comfort with ambiguity and 0→1 environments; self-directed and outcome-focused.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Hybrid onboarding to start work remotely and relocation support for you and your family.
- Comprehensive health insurance for both you and your family.
- Professional development budget for conference tickets, online courses, and other relevant resources to help you grow.
- Flexible benefits package to tailor perks that matters most for you.
- Hybrid work and generous leave options to prioritize your work-life balance.
- In-office perks, including free meals and snacks.
- Company-funded sport activities, annual offsites and team-building events.

Meet the team!
At Preply, the Data ingestion and enrichment team provides a single, trusted, and scalable data foundation. The team ensures that all analytics, machine learning, and product features are built on unified, governed, and production-grade data assets in Preply’s Lake House, including the extraction, normalization, and generation of structured data from Preply’s unstructured assets, forming a durable data moat for AI-driven products.
What you’ll be doing
- Build trusted ingestion & enrichment foundations (Data Lake and Data as a Product): Design, build, and own Preply’s data lake. Ensure every dataset has clear ownership, purpose, schemas, and quality expectations from first ingestion through downstream consumption by analytics, product, and ML teams. Treat trust, correctness, and predictability as first-class features of the platform.
- Own end-to-end ingestion pipelines (batch & streaming): Develop and operate scalable, reliable batch and streaming ingestion pipelines that support both real-time and analytical use cases. Design clear raw → standardized → consumption layers with explicit responsibilities, lineage, and retention strategies. Balance performance, cost, and reliability as the platform scales.
- Data quality, contracts & early validation: Define and implement data contracts between producers and consumers, covering schema, freshness, volume, and quality guarantees. Embed validation, anomaly detection, and quality checks early in the ingestion lifecycle to catch issues before they propagate. Standardize how quality metrics are measured, monitored, and surfaced across the platform.
- Enrichment, modeling & lifecycle management: Build enrichment logic that joins, standardizes, and contextualizes data across domains using shared definitions and reusable patterns. Support historical tracking, point-in-time correctness, and dataset versioning so downstream users can confidently analyze changes and impacts over time.
- Observability, reliability & operational excellence: Instrument ingestion pipelines with strong observability: freshness, latency, data quality, and cost metrics. Contribute to SLOs, alerting, and incident response playbooks so data failures are visible, diagnosable, and recoverable. Help move the platform from reactive firefighting to proactive reliability management.
- Governance & compliance by design: Apply consistent access control, classification, and privacy protections at ingestion time. Ensure sensitive data is properly masked, minimized, or anonymized by default, and that all data flows are auditable and traceable. Make governance invisible to users but deeply embedded in platform workflows.
- Enable self-service & standardization: Contribute to standardized ingestion templates, shared libraries, and platform tooling that enable teams to onboard new data sources independently within clear guardrails. Improve discoverability, documentation, and metadata so datasets are easy to find, understand, and trust without relying on tribal knowledge.
- Cross-team collaboration & ownership: Work closely with Product, Backend, Analytics, and ML partners to align on ingestion requirements, trade-offs, and priorities. Promote shared ownership of data quality and platform standards, and help foster a culture where teams move fast together under common data contracts and principles.
What you need to succeed
- Exposure to and experience building architectural patterns of a large, high-scale application (e.g., well-designed APIs, high-volume data pipelines, efficient algorithms).
- Solid experience working in platform or data engineering teams (or equivalent impact) with evidence of leading multi-stakeholder deliveries.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP or equivalent) and modern DevOps practices.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing real-time and batch data processing infrastructures using modern frameworks like Spark, Flink, Spark streaming, Kafka, Debezium, etc.
- Expertise with orchestration tools such as Airflow, dbt, or similar.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills paired with a proactive, innovative mindset focused on continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills (English level B2+).

Senior SDET / Test Automation Engineer (TypeScript)
About the Role
We are looking for an engineer who sees testing as a code-first discipline. We are building a modern engineering culture where tests live alongside the code — not in isolated QA silos.
This role is not about writing test scripts. You will become the architect of our Quality Infrastructure, designing and building a scalable TypeScript-based testing framework that supports all levels of testing — from Unit to E2E.
This is an office-based position in Valencia.
Responsibilities
- Architect and build a modern, scalable automation framework from scratch using TypeScript
- Implement full test pyramid coverage: Unit, Integration (API), and E2E (UI)
- Drive the “tests alongside code” approach, ensuring tests reside in the same repository as the source code
- Improve Developer Experience by creating fixtures, mocks, and helpers for local testing
- Integrate quality gates into GitLab CI pipelines to ensure fast and reliable feedback
- Mentor engineers on testing best practices and writing testable code
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building automation frameworks from the ground up
- Strong TypeScript expertise (generics, interfaces, strict typing)
- Experience with modern automation patterns (Page Object Model, Screenplay, Composition)
- Solid understanding of API and backend testing (REST, GraphQL, microservices)
- Experience with Docker and debugging CI/CD pipelines
- Proactive mindset focused on preventing bugs through better tooling and engineering practices
Nice to Have
- Experience with Contract Testing
- Understanding of frontend and backend frameworks beyond testing — knowledge of how they work internally
We offer excellent benefits, including but not limited to
- Learning and development opportunities and interesting challenging tasks;
- Relocation package (tickets, staying in a hotel for up to 2 weeks, and visa relocation support for our employees and their family members).
- Partial compensation for tennis lessons.
- Opportunity to develop language skills and partial compensation for the cost of language classes;
- Transport compensation - 300 euros net per month.
- Time for proper rest, with 24 working days of annual vacation and additional paid sick days.
- Competitive remuneration level with annual review.
