Necessary skills:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Back-end developer.
• Experience in developing Node.js applications for at least 1 year.
• Good knowledge of Typescript.
• Excellent understanding of HTTP, TCP, REST, security principles (CORS, OAuth, JWT, SQLi).
• Experience with relational databases (we use PostgreSQL).
• English verbal and written communication skills.

Amazing if:

• You have advanced expertise in Amazon services (architecture, EC2, S3, Lambda, SQS, SNS, IAM, DynamoDB, RDS).

• Have experience as a Lead Developer.
• Experience setting up CI/CD.

As a product designer, you'll be crafting a treatment experience for our patients and doctors. You will have the opportunity to build best-in-class mobile and web products with us.

In this role, you'll drive discovery, research, ideation, and design of the product, as well as partner with engineering and product management to ship new experiences.

• Are highly collaborative and enjoy sharing work early and often.
• Can manage your work autonomously and be comfortable with the pace of an early-stage startup.
• Are a wizard in Figma (bonus points for motion design).
• Are a self-starter—there’s always something you want to do, learn, and grow in as a designer.
• Any experience in digital development technologies such as HTML and CSS would be a strong bonus.

Things you might do

• Own and drive the complete product design lifecycle of major features.
• Build flows and prototypes to tackle complex UX problems.
• Perform user research to identify problems and validate solutions.
• Work closely with PMs and engineers to define long and short-term strategies for your projects.
• Work closely with the best engineers to bring designs to life and quickly resolve challenges.
• Contribute to Impress Design System.
• Act as the champion for the user experience, clearly articulating design rationale internally and externally.
