About this opportunity:
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Rapid Prototyping Team. This team is critical in quickly launching and testing new product ideas, technical innovations, and business hypotheses. You will work closely with the CEO and CTO to rapidly develop and iterate on experimental features that could become core parts of our platform.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working across different programming languages, solving unique technical challenges, and turning high-level ideas into working prototypes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and launch quick technical experiments, working closely with leadership to explore new opportunities.
- Work across multiple programming languages and tech stacks, adapting to project needs.
- Build and test prototypes, MVPs (minimum viable products), and proof-of-concept implementations.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure alignment between technology and business goals.
- Iterate rapidly based on user feedback, technical feasibility, and business impact.
- Contribute to architectural decisions for experimental and future production-ready systems.
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in software development across different technologies.
- Strong proficiency in at least one backend language and willingness to learn new ones.
- Experience in building and deploying web applications, APIs, or distributed systems.
- Understanding of databases and data storage solutions (PostgreSQL, Clickhouse, Redis).
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, quickly iterating on ideas and adapting to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to break down complex problems into quick solutions.
