A Senior DevOps Engineer is responsible for the smooth operation of a Business Development IT infrastructure both on premises and in cloud. He will work with developers to deploy and manage code changes, and with operations staff to ensure that systems are up and running smoothly. He is solely responsible for smooth IT operation and recovery of all IT objects that are under his control. DevOps Engineer is the main responsible for server and service improvements, incl. monitoring, backups, configuration, transition from one service to another, system administration, etc.

As a North America Client Partner at CleverTap Gaming, you will be responsible for managing a multi-million dollar book of business, including some of our most strategic mobile gaming accounts. We're looking for an experienced full-time Frontend Engineering Manager to join our engineering team and build & lead the 3rd Frontend team. You should be an empathetic leader, have spent part of your career as a senior-level engineer, and want to help build & grow a team of high-performing engineers.

Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Director of Inside Sales will be responsible for building and growing our inside sales team supporting the U.S. and UK. You will also be responsible for setting standards, KPIs, selling strategies, and dashboards to measure overall outcomes. In addition to hiring and growing the sales team, your efforts will depend upon understanding the voice of the customer, aligning our solution value proposition, training the sales team and knowing when/how to leverage product experts to close a deal. You Will:
- Enhance the existing go-to market plan for our software solution, by building on the voice of our customer, understanding our technology and process solutions, understanding how the market competitively sells, and working alongside our experts to create a position of strength

- Monitor customer user trends to recommend to internal teams risk mitigation actions (Product, Support, Services, etc.). Example: work with Engineering to stabilize customerโs advanced reporting needs based on repeated case escalations.
