Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, deploy, and optimize machine learning models for specific business needs.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis, model validation, testing, and continuous improvement based on feedback and new data.

- Identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions
- Serve as a consultant for the business on best practices for model implementation and integration.
- Translate complex ML concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Required Experience and skills:
- 5+ Years of ML Development: Proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models in production environments. NLP/Neural networks are preferable.
- Background in designing and conducting model-related experiments, including A/B testing.
- Strong skills in languages like Python, R, or other relevant ML languages.
- Strong Algorithm Knowledge
- Proficiency in managing large datasets, with familiarity in database systems like SQL, NoSQL, and data warehousing tools.
- Ability to dissect complex problems and derive data-driven solutions, along with keen observational skills to identify patterns in data.
- Capabilityย of conveying intricate ML concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- English skills - B2 level

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate should have:
- Experience as a Product Owner or a similar role in product management for at least 2 years in the field of telecommunications (mandatory!!!);
- Lanquages: English (B2 minimum). German lanquage as an advantage.
- Higher education (preferably in marketing, IT or telecommunications);
- Experience in solving analytical product problems, the ability to make product decisions based on the analysis of qualitative and quantitative data;
- Knowledge of agile development frameworks: scrum and kanban;
- Experience in UI modeling and prototyping;
- Planning skills, critical thinking;
