Our client is a licensed payment service provider that offers additional services like affiliate marketing, check out pages, invoicing and debtor management.

They would like to strengthen their development within short notice with experienced Ruby developers so they can speed up our development productivity. Their current development team exists of 5 developers and one product owner. They follow the scrum development method.

Engagement:

1 year plus a prolongation option for another 1 year

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Russian-English/English-Russian translator to join the Company’s Marketing Department team.

The English Translator reports directly to the Translations Team Lead. You will be collaborating with the Marketing team members to deliver the best possible quality and experience to the users who interact with the Company’s English digital content.

Responsibilities:

• Written translation from Russian into English of analytical materials pertaining to the financial markets
• Written translation from Russian into English and from English into Russian of marketing materials such as web pages, advertisements, emails, etc.
• Working with the Translations Team Lead and marketing teams to prioritise and schedule translation tasks
• Working with the Translations Team Lead in establishing the In-house English Style Guide and best practices for English content writing
• Ensuring accuracy of translation and conformity with the In-house English Style Guide

Requirements:

• Higher education in linguistics/translation
• Fluent English (no less than C2, Proficiency) and Russian
• Ability to understand language localisation and ensure content adaptation accordingly
• Intuitive, with a responsible approach to work and deadlines
• A good eye for detail
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Minimum 2 years of experience in working with content translation and/or creation

Responsibilities

• Lead outsourced and in-house payroll, manage payroll across all locations;
• Ensure accurate and timely input of the required data for payroll calculations and processing;
• Manage Employee Experience cycle across all locations – employment, relocation, payroll, HR administration, including consultation with local authorities;
• Prepare employment/service agreements and related amendments;
• Update all employee data in the HR database in a timely manner;
• Keep org structure updated.

What we are looking for

• English: Upper-Intermediate level, written and spoken;
• 5+ years in HR operations, experience in IT companies is a plus;
• Experience with international HR CRM / HRMS as a key user / full administrator (notion of BambooHR will be an advantage)
• Result- and customer-oriented
• Strong communication skills
