We are looking for a Community Lead who will shape, develop and own one of the most important parts of the company โ our mentoring community. We aspire to be an โAirbnb for mentorshipโ and build a truly community-driven product, and you will play a huge role in it.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and improve the end-to-end mentor journey experience
- Build, grow and nurture the Slack community
- Organise events and other engaging activities for the community
- Build relationships with users and domain experts
- Work with the Learning specialist to design and organise educational programs and create supporting materials.

- Fluency with Social Media & content creation as well as paid advertising is a plus

Role responsibilities:
- Research and contracting influencers for collaborations: bloggers, youtubers, partner projects
- Budget and KPI control, reporting
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience Influencer marketing
- Passion for Web3, crypto, and blockchain
- Written English at least Upper-Intermediate, conversational style of communication, knowledge and feeling of slang
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and a strong desire to build at the Zero to One stage
- Crypto influencer data base would be a plus
