• Our cash compensation amount for this role is estimated at $151,000 - $208,000 for most locations and $168,000 - $231,000 for locations with a higher cost of labor. All figures cited above are in $USD or its equivalent in local currency. Total compensation is based on several factors, including but not limited to role, level, professional experience, qualifications, and location.

As a Staff Product Designer, you’ll …

The Product team is a fast-paced group at the heart of Diabolocom. Our solution is rich and reaching proficiency takes time. The product team collaborates with customers, marketing, sales, and user supports to understand and anticipate market needs, keeping our product development philosophy in mind:

Your missions:

• Translate feature requests, business strategy, and market opportunities into product priorities
• Participate in the definition of product strategy and roadmap to deliver value iteratively
• Write highly customer-focused specifications and user stories
• Define the scope of sprints/releases with our agile cross-functional development teams
• Assist our development teams throughout sprints and manage testing activities with our QA engineers
• Create and maintain user documentation (offline and online, with a focus on online contextual help)

‍What You Will Be Doing

• Attracting new customers and developing relationships with current ones;
• Planning and management of Sales Pipeline

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in sales (as a plus IT, crypto market)
• Excellent English knowledge (B2+)
• Communication Skills: ability to communicate both externally (to senior executive clients) and internally (to key stakeholders) in a clear, compelling, and concise manner
• Good knowledge of web 3.0 and project evaluation experience
  

As a plus:

• Knowledge of Russian
• You have a database of contacts and sales channels
