Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent work experience for 3+ years
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience or exposure to Integration Design and Patterns using API, Webhooks, and PubSub.
• Knowledge of modern API architectures.
• Experience in developing web services based on SOAP and REST.
• Experience building integrations with SaaS business apps such as Salesforce, Netsuite, relational databases, and REST & SOAP.
• Experience with any of the scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, or JS.
• Strong SQL knowledge, and experience working with data.
• Understanding of ETL/ELT concepts.
• Experience working with middleware and iPaaS solutions such as Workato, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica is a plus.
• Experience working with PubSub platforms like Kafka, Rabbit MQ, Azure PubSub, or Amazon SNS is a plus.
• Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Solid understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework

Requirements:

• Building algorithmic, computer-driven models; Conducting research on academic quantitative finance literature; Exploring new data.
• Applying a synergy of innovative methods in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, and Financial Economics Relevant experience in Research / Software engineering (through employment or academic activities);
• Degree from a top university in a highly analytical/quantitative field, such as Mathematics, Finance or Economics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or similar.
